Technology, Saviour or Satan?
Technology is a huge part of our world today. Everyone has some sort of connection to it, or has used a form of it. It could be as simple as the microwave or the toilet, or as new and high-tech as the iPhone X or a self driving car. We first must ask an important question. Is technology good or bad? I have mixed emotions about it, so I will view it from both sides and only about NEW technology.
Technology has improved how we see the world. God bless the person who invented indoor plumbing, no matter how high tech it is! The medical world has been growing and it's all thanks to technology. X-rays, to tracking medical records, to specific cameras required for surgeries! We can communicate effectively with other countries and collaborate with others on new ideas. So, technology can be good in small doses. But what about the side effects that lead to the overdose??
Technology has also ruined the world for the worst. Technology certainly has its benefits, but to sum it up, it's changed us badly. Phones are cutting our communication cables. We no longer have this crazy thing. Can you guess what it is? BIG SURPRISE! It's this little thing called ACTUAL CONVERSATIONS!!! Not over Snapchat or text, but like using your mouth to talk words. There is such a thing now has an iPhone addiction. If you would have explained that to Alexander Fleming ( guy who invented penicillin) or Elizabeth Blackwell (first woman nurse in war), neither of them would have been able to cure you, because that would have been no such thing.
So, what do you think? Technology, Savior or Satan?
